About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cocinero/a to join our kitchen team in the Zona Franca San Bartolo area. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, preparing dishes according to established menus and ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food following menus, recipes, and portion guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Manage the proper use of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Assist in kitchen organization and cleaning tasks.
- Control storage, rotation, and freshness of food items.
- Keep the personal work area clean and orderly.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience as a cook in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, or similar settings.
- Responsible, organized, and service‑oriented attitude.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
