Contador/a – Soporte Contable y Administrativo

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our accounting team. The role supports the execution and control of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and proper management of financial and administrative information.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support routine accounting tasks.
• Record and control accounting entries according to established procedures.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data handling.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and organizing accounting documentation.
• Follow up on procedures related to the accounting area.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality of processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required profile

• University student in Public Accounting, third year or higher.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Commitment, responsibility, integrity and willingness to learn.
• Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively.

What we offer

• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑12:00 pm and 1:00 pm‑5:00 pm; Saturdays 8:00 am‑12:00 pm.
