Content Development Manager

About the role

The Content Development Manager will join RSM’s Catamaran team to create clear, compelling content across multiple channels. You will support change and enablement initiatives by translating complex topics into accessible messaging for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and produce high‑quality content for web and SharePoint pages, newsletters, editorial articles, FAQs, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop change‑focused communications that build awareness, understanding, and adoption of Catamaran initiatives.
• Apply a human‑centered mindset to ensure content is clear, accessible, and actionable for target audiences.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base content on enterprise and Internal Workspace SharePoint sites.
• Review and edit content for clarity, branding consistency, and compliance; perform quality assurance on your own work and that of others.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, leadership, and cross‑functional teams such as Enterprise Communications, Talent Development, and Marketing.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Human‑centered approach to audience needs and experience.
• Familiarity with organizational change management (OCM) practices.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and cross‑functional stakeholders.
