About the role

The Industrial Training Coordinator will lead the implementation of the operational talent development strategy, ensuring that employees acquire the competencies needed to meet business objectives. You will oversee training programs, manage a team of trainers, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the master education and training plan for the business unit.
• Design training programs aligned with operational needs and skill‑gap closures.
• Analyze training indicators to support decision‑making and operational strategy.
• Create, disseminate, and monitor training policies and procedures.
• Lead and supervise the trainer team, ensuring compliance with standards and KPIs.
• Implement teaching‑learning methodologies that enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate activities related to audits, TPM, safety, and other talent‑development initiatives.
• Lead training programs and evaluate impact using measurement models to ensure ROI.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering or a senior (5th‑year) student in Industrial Engineering or related fields with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in talent development, industrial training, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of AMT, MTM, skill matrices, continuous‑improvement methods, and andragogy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel.
• Experience analyzing training indicators and coordinating training programs.
