About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound contacts with existing or potential customers.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
• Recommend products or services based on customer insights.
• Prepare reports and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree preferred, ideally in business administration, industrial engineering or related fields.
• English proficiency at B2 level (oral and written).
• Honesty, integrity and alignment with company culture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
