About the role
This full‑time remote position involves managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for clients of Real1Construction.
Key responsibilities
- Address customer concerns promptly.

- Build strong relationships with clients to uphold service excellence.
Required profile
- Proficiency in customer service, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction.
- Experience in customer relations, support, and improving the customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
