Customer Service Representative (Loan Verification Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with loan verification experience to support customers throughout the loan process, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Create a white‑glove experience by delivering superior product and service knowledge in a respectful and efficient manner.
• Drive first‑call resolution by identifying and addressing customer concerns.
• Communicate product features, benefits and alternative solutions effectively.
• Utilize creative problem‑solving skills to identify solutions that satisfy customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
• Provide clear and concise information, including product updates, promotions and policy changes.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure proactive communication during issue resolution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with document and loan verification; income verification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience demonstrating exceptional problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products; able to navigate multiple screens/systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
