Customer Services Representative – Call Center

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team at Ria Money Transfer’s headquarters in El Salvador. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information about their transactions and resolving queries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist agents and customers (senders or beneficiaries) via telephone and email to answer questions and handle complaints.
• Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintain constant communication with correspondent agents in destination countries to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds of cancelled transactions.

Required profile

• Completed high school or college education.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, teamwork mindset, and flexibility to work varied schedules.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Internet Explorer.
