Customer Success Coordinator

About the role

FST Transportation is seeking a proactive Customer Success Coordinator to act as the primary liaison for our clients. You will work closely with Account Managers, Operations, Carrier Sales, and Billing to ensure seamless communication and timely shipment updates throughout the transportation process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for daily customer inquiries.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships and follow up after deliveries.
• Escalate pricing or management decisions when necessary.
• Enter, update, and track loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and customer appointments.
• Verify shipment details, monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, and report delays or exceptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, shipment documentation, and organized operational files.
• Prepare reports and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) data for Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Carrier Sales, and Billing to support successful shipment execution.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
