Customer Success Coordinator

About the role

As a Customer Success Coordinator you will build strong relationships with existing customers, regularly check in, lead simple business review calls and ensure they receive maximum value from Command|Link’s services. Your focus is on customer happiness, encouraging upgrades, renewals and new product adoption while supporting a low cancellation rate.

Key responsibilities

• Become familiar with Command|Link’s technology and support approach to confidently answer customer questions.
• Use internal software to regularly check in with assigned customers, understand their needs and grow the relationship.
• Identify renewal, upgrade, change, and additional product or service opportunities with each customer.
• Utilize tools such as the CRM, quoting system and reporting dashboards to stay organized and meet targets.
• Contribute to a fast‑moving, teamwork‑focused environment that values growth and customer success.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience working with customers, preferably in sales, account management or support.
• Clear, calm and confident communication on video calls and presentations.
• Proactive initiative, follow‑up without prompting and willingness to pick up the phone.
• Friendly, trustworthy and able to quickly build relationships.
• Ability to learn new software and processes independently.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed targets.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system.
• Familiarity with quoting tools.
• Ability to work with reporting dashboards.
