About the role

As a Customer Support & Logistics Specialist you will coordinate live transportation operations across North America, handling both customer inquiries and logistical challenges. The role blends front‑line support with real‑time trip monitoring to ensure smooth deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound tickets and calls from customers.
• Monitor trips in real time and track updates.
• Resolve operational issues and delays.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Document incidents and support continuous operational improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or operations.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+).
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Calm under pressure with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or overnight shifts.
• Experience with logistics or operations platforms is a plus.
