Data Entry Specialist

About the role

World Wide Data (WWD) is expanding its remote data creation team in LATAM. As a Data Entry Specialist you will watch sports videos and enter structured data into a proprietary system while also performing AI labeling tasks. The position is non‑customer‑facing and focuses on accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Watch sports footage and extract relevant data points.
• Enter data into WWD’s proprietary platform with high precision.
• Perform AI data labeling to improve machine‑learning models.
• Report any inconsistencies or issues encountered during labeling.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus).
• At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in data entry, BPO, or call‑center environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
• Full‑time availability, including weekends, with flexible hours aligned to US Eastern Time.
