Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the role

Blackhawk Network is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead a high‑performing team that drives qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact across key B2B lines of business. This senior player‑coach role combines people leadership with hands‑on ownership of multi‑channel campaign strategy, execution, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a pod of demand generation specialists, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Design and execute integrated B2B demand generation programs across paid media, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars, events, content, partner programs, ABM, and web‑driven campaigns.
• Own campaign planning, measurement, optimization, and executive‑ready reporting.
• Allocate resources, manage workloads, and ensure delivery against deadlines and service‑level expectations.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, and develop talent in partnership with HR and marketing leadership.
• Foster a high‑performance culture focused on qualified pipeline, sales‑qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of generating pipeline and revenue.
• Demonstrated experience managing people and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English, able to translate complex performance data into concise business recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and delivering against ambitious targets.
