About the role
This position supports a long‑standing company in the glass and aluminium sector. The role combines customer service, product dispatch and cashier duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑line assistance to customers, answering queries and handling complaints.
- Manage the dispatch of glass and aluminium products, ensuring accurate order preparation and timely delivery.
- Operate cash registers, process payments and maintain transaction records.
Required profile
- Commercial high‑school diploma with an administrative‑accounting focus.
- Responsible and dynamic attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Willingness and ability to learn the various operational areas of the business.
