Digital Content Manager

About the role

The Digital Content Manager will lead the creation, planning and execution of all digital communication for the organization. Working in a hybrid setting, you will ensure a consistent and engaging presence across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly editorial calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Write, design and schedule posts, graphics, reels, interviews and other multimedia pieces.
• Produce and edit photos, videos and audio content, including event coverage and podcast support.
• Manage community interaction, monitor trends and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Technical or university degree (or advanced studies) in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, Audiovisual Production or related fields.
• Age 21‑30, any gender.
• 1‑2 years of experience in digital content creation, photography, video production and social‑media management.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to convey institutional communication.
