Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing operations in El Salvador. The role focuses on developing and executing social media activities, generating qualified leads, and supporting overall digital marketing efforts for our innovative financial services platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Design, launch and monitor paid social campaigns on Meta platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create and publish engaging bilingual (English/Spanish) content aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor social interactions, respond to inquiries, and maintain a professional online presence.
• Develop, execute and track lead‑generation campaigns across digital channels.
• Maintain databases, mailing lists and CRM records, ensuring accurate lead information.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and internal teams to produce high‑quality assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management or related administrative support (internships accepted).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, organized and able to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
