Digital Media Planner Junior & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Media Planner & Content Specialist to join our Digital & Marketing team. You will work on paid and organic campaigns for our digital platforms, gaining hands‑on experience with leading ad tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, analyse metrics and KPIs, and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Assist in creating campaign concepts and content for both paid and organic media.
• Collaborate with content, design and other cross‑functional teams to develop digital initiatives.
• Prepare reports and share learnings from executed campaigns.
• Start with TCS digital properties and gradually expand involvement to other group brands.

Required profile

• Recent practical experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of social media, digital metrics and KPIs.
• Graduate or near‑graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, teamwork orientation and proactive attitude.
• Eager to learn, experiment and grow professionally in paid media and content strategy.
