Director of Digital – El Salvador Technology Leader

About the role

The Director – Digital (El Salvador Digital Leader) is the senior technology leader for RSM US in El Salvador, responsible for technology operations, business enablement, resilience and execution of global technology direction.

Key responsibilities

• Own service delivery quality, operational resilience, staffing, vendor performance and investment recommendations for El Salvador‑based technology teams.
• Establish local SLAs, capacity plans, continuity expectations and escalation paths aligned to global standards.
• Manage the technology workforce – hiring, performance management, leadership development, succession planning and talent retention.
• Define and operate governance models linking local delivery to US‑led capability groups and global technology direction.
• Serve as primary technology liaison for El Salvador business leadership, translating demand into technology priorities and investment decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT management experience, including 5 years leading large‑scale customer service, engineering or software development organizations.
• Proven ability to attract, lead, motivate and retain high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen – ability to manage forecasts, resource plans and financial models.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
