About the role

We are seeking a passionate Personal Development Lecturer to join our faculty on a full‑time, onsite basis. The role focuses on fostering students' holistic growth through innovative teaching methods and research.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead advanced research projects that create new teaching technologies and methodologies.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience, including emotional counseling and intervention techniques.
• Ability to translate real‑world cases, challenges, and solutions into classroom learning.
• Strong commitment to inspiring students and supporting their potential.
