About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to work in its men’s clothing store located in the Multiplaza shopping centre. The role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting products and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized.
• Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team.

Required profile

• Female, aged between 25 and 35 years.
• Completed high school and/or university studies.
• Passionate about sales with prior experience in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and proactive attitude toward internal and external client needs.
• Residence in or near San Salvador, Santa Tecla, Merliot, Antiguo Cuscatlán, Nuevo Cuscatlán or La San Francisco.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
