About the role

Speak English is looking for a proactive Strategic Alliances Executive to build new commercial relationships from scratch. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and converting potential partners into active alliances that drive growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify companies and organisations with partnership potential.
• Prospect and reach out to decision‑makers via LinkedIn, calls, email and other channels.
• Conduct commercial meetings, present solutions and tailor value propositions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring no opportunity is lost due to lack of follow‑up.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, then nurture long‑term relationships.
• Propose new channels, strategies and opportunities to expand the alliance network.
• Track performance against commercial targets and indicators.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented, commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Proactive, persistent and excellent at follow‑up.
• Confident in contacting and conversing with senior decision‑makers.
• Organised, able to manage a pipeline autonomously.
• Curious and research‑oriented before approaching prospects.
• Effective communicator capable of building trust.
