Ejecutivo de Ventas Internas

About the role

The Internal Sales Executive will promote the bank's service portfolio to assigned customers within a defined micro‑market, using both face‑to‑face visits and telephone contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Sell appropriate service proposals to assigned customers based on their profile.
• Conduct cross‑selling of active products, insurance, checking and savings accounts.
• Deliver customer service in line with the institution’s philosophy, following established service protocols.
• Process complaints and claims related to customer interactions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the second year of a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field relevant to banking.
• Minimum two years of professional experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small portfolio of clients.

• Base salary of $550 plus a commission scheme.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings.
• Office location in San Salvador and La Libertad.
