Ejecutivo de Ventas - San Salvador

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join a leading hardware and construction supplies company in San Salvador. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and closing sales in the field while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct on‑site product presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and provide post‑sale follow‑up.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance indicators.
• Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date with client information and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper order fulfillment and delivery.
• Identify market needs and suggest commercial strategies to boost sales.
• Provide personalized advice on hardware and construction products.
• Report sales results to immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or university studies completed.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the hardware or construction sector.
• Strong negotiation and prospecting abilities.
• Own a vehicle for field work.
• Goal‑oriented and able to work under targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
