About the role

We are seeking a Financial Risk Customer Service Specialist to help customers understand and manage financial risks associated with transactions, compliance, and regulations. The role involves delivering high‑quality support across phone, email, and chat while staying current on financial policies and risk‑mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries about fraud detection, transaction discrepancies, and compliance issues.
• Explain financial policies, risk‑assessment strategies, and mitigation procedures.
• Document all interactions, resolutions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with risk‑management and compliance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify recurring problems and provide feedback to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, financial risk management, or fraud prevention preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency with customer service platforms and financial software.
