Fleet & Physical Security Chief

About the role

The Fleet & Physical Security Chief will lead the integrated management of the company’s vehicle fleet and physical security operations. This senior position ensures operational continuity, protects assets, and optimizes resource use across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the corporate vehicle fleet, including maintenance, fuel, tires, accidents, renewals, availability and policy compliance.
• Plan and monitor fleet operations to guarantee continuity, handling administrative follow‑up and supplier management.
• Define and execute the physical security strategy for offices, stores, distribution centers, data centers and technical sites.
• Ensure proper functioning of security systems such as access control, CCTV, alarms and other asset‑protection mechanisms.
• Manage the budget for fleet and physical security, controlling expenses, tracking deviations and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring service levels, contractual compliance and cost optimisation.
• Create and monitor KPIs and control mechanisms to assess performance, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks related to physical security and fleet availability.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading fleet operations, logistics, physical security, facilities or corporate support functions.
• Proven experience managing budgets and service contracts.
• Strong background in supplier management and negotiation.
• Experience in geographically distributed operations is desirable.
