FP&A Opex Analyst – Hybrid (Guatemala/El Salvador)

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Opex Analyst to support the operational management of operating expenses and drive finance transformation initiatives. The role blends hands‑on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting with opportunities to improve processes and decision‑support tools for business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for Opex across multiple functions.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, dashboards and reports to track Opex performance and identify trends.
• Conduct variance analysis, provide insights on spending trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist business leaders with data‑driven analysis for planning and decision‑making.
• Participate in monthly close activities, including accruals, allocations and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across planning and reporting systems.
• Maintain Opex reporting templates and automate recurring reporting where possible.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams for data validation and reporting requirements.
• Support process improvement, standardisation, automation and reporting enhancements.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects and cross‑functional improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
