About the role
The Functionary is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to work on‑site in San Salvador. You will handle high‑volume calls, assisting customers with ticket bookings, cancellations, itinerary changes, and general transportation‑related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient assistance over the phone, handling ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general service inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while following established policies and procedures.
- Maintain high service quality standards in a structured, high‑volume environment.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of call‑center experience in customer service or sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in travel, transportation, or logistics support is preferred.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- French proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call‑center performance metrics.
