Full-Cycle Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Cycle Sales Representative to be the first dedicated sales hire at a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that serves field service and operations businesses. You will own the entire sales funnel—from inbound lead response and outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal and close—handling both software subscriptions and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads instantly via call, email and SMS, and conduct outbound prospecting to build pipelines.
• Lead discovery conversations, deliver product demos with the customer‑success team, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Close software subscription plans and professional‑services packages, then hand off to onboarding.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, manage pipeline stages, tags and sequences, and provide weekly activity reporting.
• Feed product and marketing teams with market insights, objection handling and ICP feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience closing B2B software or high‑consideration sales, not just appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence to run live demos and discovery calls independently.
• Self‑directed, high‑ownership mindset comfortable reporting directly to the founder.
• Reliable availability during US business hours and strong outbound phone skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel.
