About the role

The organization seeks a senior professional to lead the definition and execution of its growth strategy. The role will translate market, financial and commercial insights into actionable plans, working closely with the General Management and all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the formulation, update and monitoring of the corporate strategic plan.
• Convert corporate objectives into initiatives, projects, KPIs and action plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition and economic variables to identify risks and opportunities.
• Design scenarios and recommendations to support senior decision‑making.
• Establish and track strategic performance indicators.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, products, services and customer segments.
• Develop business cases, financial feasibility studies and commercial analyses for new initiatives.
• Assess geographic expansion and diversification options.
• Build and negotiate strategic alliances with clients, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Business Engineering.
• MBA or master’s in Administration, Finance, Strategy or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business development, strategic planning, consulting, corporate finance or commercial management.
• Proven track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience preparing strategic plans, business cases, financial models and viability analyses.
• Strong ability to analyze markets, competition, trends and expansion opportunities.
• Experience managing high‑impact strategic projects and negotiating commercial alliances.
• Solid financial knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements, margins, profitability and ROI.
• Advanced English language skills (desired).

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and presentation.
• Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools (desired).
