About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team.
• Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of commercial goals.
• Design and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Analyze performance results and key indicators.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and continuous support to team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Ensure excellent customer service and experience.
• Coordinate and follow up on commercial activities across branches.
