About the role

The company, a leading consumer‑goods firm, is looking for a Regional Brand Manager to drive brand growth, positioning and profitability. The role will oversee the full brand portfolio and work cross‑functionally with commercial, trade‑marketing, agency and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the brand portfolio to ensure market growth and strong positioning.
• Lead the creation of communication campaigns and brand activations.
• Coordinate creative agencies and suppliers for effective execution.
• Analyze market data, brand performance and consumer behavior to uncover opportunities.
• Administer marketing budgets and monitor return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and trade‑marketing teams to drive results across modern and traditional channels.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies that add business value.
• Monitor financial and business indicators to optimize outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing or category management within fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Proven experience developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of market research, data analysis and business KPIs.
• Experience working with creative agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced analytical abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
