About the role

The Regional Human Resources Manager will lead, design and implement the HR strategy across Honduras, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador. The role aligns organizational culture, talent attraction and retention, and HR operations with the company’s strategic business objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a regional talent strategy that aligns culture, structure and HR metrics with business goals in each Central American market.
• Oversee executive recruitment processes and develop employer branding, retention programs and succession plans.
• Ensure corporate policies comply with local labor laws in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Costa Rica.
• Lead learning initiatives, performance evaluation, change management and leadership development for local teams.
• Design and manage competitive, equitable regional compensation structures.
• Monitor key HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, time‑to‑hire, employee climate) and supervise regional payroll.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA in HR or Business Administration highly desirable.
• 5‑7 years of senior HR leadership experience managing multinational operations in Central America.
• Deep knowledge of Central American labor law, regional payroll administration and HRIS platforms.
• Advanced fluency in Spanish and English for negotiations and global reporting.
