About the role

The Benefits Manager is responsible for administering, developing, and communicating employee benefit and wellness programs. The role ensures timely and efficient support for employee requests, manages commercial partnerships, and provides logistical and administrative assistance for HR initiatives and events.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage employee benefit programs, responding to inquiries and routing complex cases.
• Update, communicate, and monitor the availability of benefits.
• Maintain and develop commercial alliances that add value for employees.
• Coordinate the implementation, renewal, and promotion of agreements with partners.
• Maintain the commercial alliance profile in the HR system (Humand) and ensure accurate publication of benefits.
• Handle purchase requisitions related to wellness projects, track supplier invoices, and manage purchase orders.
• Support inventory control for office supplies and HR‑requested items.
• Coordinate services such as gym, cafeteria, and coffee shops, ensuring continuity, quality, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing HR events and initiatives.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or related fields.
• Experience in administrative management, employee benefits, internal customer service, supplier coordination, and event/project management.
• Availability to attend business events.
