About the role
We are looking for a Multiskill Dispatch Manager to coordinate service installations, relocations and support calls for our customers in Santa Tecla. The role involves direct phone contact with clients, scheduling technicians and assisting the billing team.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone to arrange service installations, moves or technical support.
- Prepare and distribute daily work schedules to internal and external technicians.
- Provide administrative support to the billing department.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and client communications.
Required profile
- Intermediate proficiency with office software, especially Microsoft Office suite.
- Reside in Santa Tecla or nearby areas and be willing to travel locally.
- Flexible availability for rotating day and night shifts.
- Experience in customer service or call‑center environments is desirable.
