About the role
We are looking for an organized, proactive professional to lead our institutional procurement function. The role focuses on managing purchases, supplier relationships, inventory control, and documentation flow to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor purchasing and supply activities.
- Manage supplier onboarding, performance tracking and contract compliance.
- Oversee inventory levels, receive goods, and verify accuracy of deliveries.
- Maintain and control procurement documentation, ensuring proper filing and traceability.
Required profile
- Technical or university degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, purchasing, supply and inventory management.
- Proactive attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Office suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
