Global Project Management Senior Associate

About the role

RSM is seeking a Senior Associate for its Global Project Management practice to support international client engagements. The role involves planning, coordination, and issue resolution for non‑US corporate compliance services for mid‑sized global companies.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate technical issues promptly and collaborate with project manager leads.
• Track daily project status for assigned clients, liaising with RSM member firms and clients to ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Prepare reports for weekly calls and governance meetings, and lead client status calls.
• Maintain billing schedules, reconcile invoices, and address billing inquiries.
• Meet chargeable hour and margin expectations while working across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of project management or business process improvement experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency for client communications and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• AI literacy and responsible use of AI tools.
• Experience with project tracking, workflow, reporting, or collaboration tools.
