Google Ads Specialist – E‑commerce (Remote)

About the role

Impulso Media is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to drive profitable growth for DTC e‑commerce brands. Working remotely and reporting to the Head of Paid, you will own the full lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns—from strategy and setup to optimisation and scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise Google Shopping, Performance Max and Search campaigns.
• Integrate Shopify or WooCommerce product feeds with Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate titles, images and pricing.
• Use AI‑assisted tools for creative testing, asset generation and search‑term mining to accelerate workflows.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and AOV.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, budget reallocation and performance analysis using Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for e‑commerce.
• Proven track record scaling DTC brands profitably (include spend and results).
• Comfortable working with Shopify or WooCommerce and Google Merchant Center.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Available to work EST 9‑5 hours for real‑time collaboration.
