Head of Web Growth and Conversion

About the role

Sagan is looking for a senior professional to own and grow its B2B website, turning traffic into qualified sales meetings. You will be responsible for the full stack of web growth, from SEO and traffic acquisition to conversion rate optimisation and booking flow delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the journey from landing pages through inquiry and booking, measuring qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Build trustworthy funnel measurement with Revenue Operations.
• Run CRO experiments across messaging, page design, forms, offers, and booking flows.
• Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS‑backed pages, reusable components, and integrations.
• Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI‑search discovery.
• Own website speed, mobile experience, accessibility, tracking, and release quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on ownership of a large‑scale B2B website with commercially important conversion flows.
• Proven CRO and organic‑growth results tied to qualified demand.
• Live examples of work personally shipped, with baselines, results, and clear contribution.
• Ability to use AI‑assisted development, inspect the work, and verify booking flows and tracking in an existing codebase.
