About the role
The Healthcare Advocate is the frontline of Carenet’s member and patient experience, ensuring every interaction is accurate, empathetic, and compliant. This position supports clients throughout the Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) process, from intake to submission and follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review, and maintain required documentation and case notes.
- Contact the Social Security Administration for case updates and submit required forms.
- Perform back‑office tasks, case follow‑ups, and ensure compliance with established workflows and timelines.
Required profile
- Strong attendance, reliability, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities, and accountable for assigned work.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage electronic documents, perform uploads/downloads, and navigate multiple online platforms.
