Human Resources / Administration Officer

About the role

The HR/Admin Officer will provide comprehensive human resources and administrative support for the San Salvador Regional Hub of the Americas Partnership for Security and Financial Integrity (APSFI) project. This role ensures HR activities comply with Creative policies, award requirements, and local labor laws while maintaining smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Maintain compliance with El Salvador labor laws, prepare employment agreements, and register with government institutions as required.
• Manage office facilities, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and support expat work‑permit and visa processes.
• Provide accurate HR records for audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; BA degree in Human Resources or related field highly desired.
• Experience coordinating full recruitment cycles, onboarding, and employee benefits.
• Knowledge of local labor‑market trends, compensation practices, and El Salvador labor regulations.
• Ability to handle employee grievances, maintain confidential personnel files, and support performance management processes.
