Influencer Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Specialist to identify, recruit, manage and develop strategic relationships with content creators and influencers for influencer marketing campaigns. The role ensures each collaboration aligns with brand strategy, meets quality standards, deadlines and client business objectives, driving campaign growth and positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, evaluate and select influencers and creators that match each campaign profile.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal clients.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, exclusivities and commercial terms.
• Prepare profile proposals and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop clear briefs with creative guidelines, objectives, deliverables and key dates.
• Coordinate contracting, document signing and administrative data collection.
• Monitor production, review, approval and publishing of content.
• Ensure timelines, deliverables and quality standards are met throughout the campaign.
• Track content performance using key metrics and identify optimization opportunities based on trends and past results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, new platforms and best practices in influencer marketing.

Required profile

• Final‑year student, recent graduate or graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or campaign management.
• Experience negotiating with influencers or vendors.
• Intermediate knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
