Infrastructure Solution Architect

About the role

RSM is seeking an Infrastructure Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of information systems and platforms for our middle‑market clients. You will shape the overall vision of solutions, ensure compliance with enterprise and security guidelines, and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the overarching solution vision, aligning it with project requirements and enterprise standards.
• Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding design, implementation, and compliance with security architecture.
• Perform comprehensive analysis and design of hybrid cloud environments, creating architecture artifacts for review and approval.
• Collaborate with project managers, business resources, and other architects to ensure correct implementation and reusable solution patterns.
• Evaluate technologies, maintain documentation, and participate in architecture group activities to define roadmaps and lifecycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT solution development, with at least 3 years in infrastructure and operations architecture.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in cross‑functional environments.
• Experience supporting M&A initiatives and delivering mission‑critical, complex software solutions on cloud platforms.
