About the role

The Process Engineer will analyze and evaluate the company's processes to design, propose, develop and support improvements that optimize operations across the various business units of Grupo CASSA. Reporting to the Information Technology direction, the role ensures that process enhancements align with the strategic objectives of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, evaluate and propose transversal improvements to business processes.
• Apply continuous‑improvement methodologies and BPMN tools to optimize processes.
• Contribute to the planning and design of evolution pathways and supporting systems for company processes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to standardize procedures and best practices.
• Support the execution, monitoring and evaluation of new projects.
• Assist in updating policies and procedures related to processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Proven experience in projects with similar responsibilities.
• Experience in digital transformation process optimization and customer‑oriented design.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
