Instructional Design Senior Associate

About the role

The Senior Instructional Designer partners with subject‑matter experts to create dynamic, high‑impact learning experiences delivered through classroom, online, and virtual formats. You will mentor junior designers, shape instructional strategies, and support the learning team in delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Apply instructional design principles to develop classroom, e‑learning, and virtual training solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define performance goals, conduct needs analyses, and select appropriate delivery methods.
• Design assessments and tools to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects such as course evaluation, instructor support, innovative delivery methods, and international learning initiatives.
• Mentor instructional design staff on best practices and adult learning theory.
• Create project plans, document design decisions, and communicate strategies to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required).
• Graduate degree in instructional design or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience designing web‑based training and virtual instruction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, time‑management, and project‑management abilities.
