Inventory & Product Data Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory & Product Data Specialist to ensure that our product information is accurate, complete and consistent across all systems. The role involves handling large volumes of SKUs, maintaining inventory records and working closely with internal teams to resolve data gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date product records and inventory data in ERP, catalog, PIM and vendor platforms.
• Process and update large Excel files, performing bulk data uploads and corrections.
• Identify, investigate and correct product‑information discrepancies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to obtain missing or corrected data.
• Ensure consistency of product information across e‑commerce catalogs and retailer portals.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with proven experience in inventory control or product‑data management.
• Experience handling high volumes of SKUs.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work onsite in La Libertad, El Salvador.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including bulk data updates).
• Working knowledge of ERP, catalog, PIM or vendor platforms.
• Strong ability to spot and correct data errors.
• Experience with inventory control processes.
