About the role
The IT Procurement Analyst supports the Global IT Procurement team in sourcing, contracting, and procuring IT hardware, software, and services. This role ensures efficient procurement operations while driving strategic sourcing initiatives and cost reduction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage IT procurement requests submitted through the Service Catalog.
- Lead RFQs and RFPs from initiation to vendor selection.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Collaborate with Legal and Information Security on contracts and vendor risk.
- Maintain IT contract inventory and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support cost‑control initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in IT.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical mindset.
Required skills
- Experience managing RFQs/RFPs.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards is an asset).
