IT Support Engineer – Onsite

About the role

Ria is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for its El Salvador location. You will ensure reliable day‑to‑day technology services and a positive user experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level onsite and remote support for hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals and basic network issues.
• Serve as the primary onsite IT presence, handling physical interventions, workstation provisioning and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain business continuity by responding quickly to critical incidents and coordinating with regional and global IT teams.
• Use Jira to document, prioritize and resolve tickets, and assist with endpoint management via Microsoft Intune.
• Collaborate with Network, Security and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot complex problems and support technology projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Desktop Support, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
