About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead both the sales and administrative functions of the Santa Ana branch, ensuring sales targets are met, financial processes run smoothly, and partners receive timely support. The role combines strategic planning, client relationship management, and event coordination to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and monitor commercial KPIs.
• Supervise administrative processes, manage budgets, and control expenses.
• Oversee accounts receivable, follow up on pending payments, and handle invoicing.
• Provide personalized service to partners and customers, resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Plan, organize, and supervise institutional and networking events, managing logistics and vendor relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or administrative management.
• Proven track record in consultative sales, client service, and collections.
• Experience coordinating corporate events.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM and administrative software.
