About the role

SharkBites is looking for a Distribution Manager to lead daily supply and distribution operations for its seafood products in El Salvador. The role ensures that products reach points of sale and customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily distribution and warehouse activities.
• Place orders with suppliers and manage inventory levels.
• Plan delivery routes, optimize travel times and costs.
• Organize and lead the delivery and warehouse team, scheduling shifts.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and generate performance reports.
• Resolve operational incidents and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in distribution, logistics or operations, preferably in food or fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on detail.
• Proven leadership skills to manage teams and ensure a safe, collaborative work environment.
• Basic data analysis capability (costs, delivery times, stock levels) and familiarity with management software.
• Excellent communication, result‑orientation and ability to work full‑time onsite in El Salvador with flexible hours.
