About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Agency Business Manager to lead the growth of a bank agency, drive commercial results and ensure an outstanding client experience. You will be a key player in shaping the agency’s strategy, motivating the team and delivering on performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and track the commercial performance of the agency team.
• Monitor sales indicators and results to ensure targets are met.
• Support commercial strategies and accompany client visits.
• Identify improvement opportunities and boost results.
• Guarantee a high‑quality service experience for customers.
• Lead institutional projects and bank activities related to the agency.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or agency leadership role.
• Strong leadership, results orientation and negotiation abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gsuite).
• Ability to inspire teams and promote a service‑focused culture.
